Company History – A Brief Review

INTERCONTEC was founded by Wolfgang Pfeiffer in 1996.

Application oriented research and development is among our key competencies. We are designing, testing and producing every single connector at our company headquarters in Niederwinkling. All prototypes or refinements, e.g. for customized solutions, are built and tested in our internal workshop.

Our concentrated know-how allows us to realize sophisticated connector innovations for our customers within a remarkably short period of time - and makes us an acknowledged partner in automation technology.


In 2001, our company headquarters - home for design and production facilities, storage, sales and administration - moved to a new building in Niederwinkling near the town of Straubing.

 

Intercontec stands for "Made in Germany".
All components and connectors are produced and assembled by Intercontec or certified partner companies in Germany.
