Intercontec: New System for Small Space Requirements

Our itec ytec innovation is an ultra-compact, complete system with self-locking quick release fastener for easy and secure connections.


This miniaturized connector system features high performance and an extremely flat and small design. This innovative solution was developed specifically for small frame size motors to offer an easy and secure connection with maximum flexibility even in small spaces.

Quick, easy and tool-less assembly, the pre-defined housing coding and the self-locking quick release fastener are additional advantages for the user.

The connectors with flanges sizes 25 and 28 mm are mounted on the motor with only one installation hole, therefore no additional interference with the inside of the motor is necessary.
The ytec-system connector can be installed facing four directions (0˚, 90˚, 180˚ and 270˚) and is continuously rotatable by 300˚ after installation. Ytec is offered in different configurations and pin-layouts. As with all other Intercontec housings, the ytec and itec are EMC shielded for highest operating and occupational safety and are equipped with a housing-ground connection.

The single version itec offers all the functions of the ytec and is either available as a signal connector or a power connector for wire gauges up to 1.5 mm²

Ytec itec are ideal for small servo motors or equipment where limited space is available for the cabling.
