Intercontec Elected as "Made in Germany" World Leader
April 2009:
The german magazine "vdi-Nachrichten" chose Intercontec as world leader from Germany. In the course of their "World Leader"-Campagne more than 300 World Market Leader in different industries have been chosen.
Intercontec took part at the Deggendorf Jobfair, organized by the local University of Applied Sciences.
Successful "Suppliers Day" for Intercontec-Partners

Intercontec organized a "Supplier Day" at the University of Applied Sciences in Deggendorf. Several lectures about Quality Management in the production process were held by Intercontec representatives. The visitors were impressed by an inspection of the Computer Tomograph Laboratory.
February 2009: Bavarian Science Secretary visits Intercontec Laboratory
The Bavarian Science Secretary, Dr. Wolfgang Heubisch was impressed by the CT-Laboratory, founded by Intercontec´s CEO Wolfgang Pfeiffer, at the University of Applied Sciences in Deggendorf. In company with local representatives from economy and university Mr. Heubisch has been informed of the Foundations functionality and engagement.
Starting from now our M23 Circular Connector Range is also available in Stainless Steel.
Especially harsh and aggressive conditions in the chemical industry may require stainless steel connectors, which are also part of the Intercontec product portfolio. Now we developed our M23 series in Stainless Steel.
Wolfgang Pfeiffer Foundation presents free lectures
Spring 2009:
The Wolfgang Pfeiffer Foundation, established by Intercontec´s CEO Wolfgang Pfeiffer, presents several lectures free of charge. The local lawyer Prof. Dr. Josef Scherer organizes the activity at the Deggendorf University of Applied Sciences.
ytec is "Product of the month march 2009"
The german engineering magazine "ke" has elected Intercontec´s connector "ytec" for the "Product of Month March".
October 2008: The Deggendorf University of Applied Sciences was the only destination through German Chancellers Roadtour in Bavaria.
German Chancellor Angela Merkel complimented Intercontec´s engagement with the local University. Especially for middle-sized companies it is important to build cluster with other partners, said Merkel.
